What reasons do you have for wanting to be this weight? I give you a big “SHOUT OUT” for losing as much weight as you have. Lord knows it's one of the hardest things in the world for a person to accomplish. But can I ask you what reason you have for wanting to be this specific weight? -Anne
That number used to occur for me as some sort of magic place where all of my life would suddenly be perfect. I would get the dream job, be really good at martial arts, get an amazing lover and partner, be surrounded by astoundingly great friends, etc.
The truth is, I have all that, and I got it while on my way towards that weight.
I no longer hold to that number. My goal now is to be strong and healthy so I can be of service, and live long along side the most amazing creature God ever produced, who just happens to be my wife.
